Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Everything you need to know about our Embroidery digitizing services.

How long does embroidery digitizing take?

Most standard designs are completed within 2–24 hours. Complex designs may take longer.

Yes, we provide free minor revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Yes, we can digitize logos, artwork, and custom designs for embroidery.

Absolutely. We handle both small and large-scale digitizing projects.

Review the pricing and select the package that matches your logo’s complexity or your embroidery file requirements. Then, either place the order or message me if you need guidance.

No. When a file is digitized, it is converted into a series of points (x, y) that define each stitch. For example, if a design contains 4,000 stitches intended for a left chest or a cap, and you try to stretch those same 4,000 points over a much larger area, the stitches will be too far apart, resulting in gaps and insufficient coverage for the larger space. Conversely, if a design has 10,000 stitches and you try to compress it into a small 3″x3″ area, the result will be overcrowded, leading to excessive knotting and a distorted design.

The reason we ask about the type of material you’ll be sewing on is so we can account for how stitches behave differently on various fabrics. For example, if your design will be embroidered on a towel, we would add extra stitches, known as “underlay,” to create a smoother surface for the embroidery. Without knowing the material, we wouldn’t know to include these additional stitches. The more information we have about your project, the better the final embroidery will be.

When we receive your design, we first check the artwork and requirements, contacting you if anything is unclear. The design is assigned to a digitizer familiar with your style. Once completed, the head digitizer carefully reviews stitch density, sequencing, trims, and color changes, then tests a sew-out, makes any corrections, and re-sews until it’s perfect. Finally, our team does a last check to ensure nothing is missed.
